Cancellation Policy

A full list of house rules, terms & conditions are available at pikeplacecov.com. All bookings must be completed and paid in full online to secure your date. We do not accept cash or on-site payments. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. A $150 security deposit is required at the time of booking and will be refunded within 30 days after your event, provided the space is returned in “ready to rent” condition and all terms are met. By booking, you authorize Pike Place to keep a card on file and charge it for any additional fees, including overtime, damages, excessive cleaning, extra trash, or rule violations. Charges exceeding the security deposit remain the responsibility of the renter. The maximum guest count is 35 people at any time, including the host. Requests for additional guests must be approved in advance at the discretion of the host and may incur additional fees. Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup. Early arrival or late departure may result in overtime charges (1.5x the hourly rate) and must be approved in advance. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking if the reservation was made more than 2 weeks in advance. After 48 hours and up to 2 weeks before your event, 50% of the rental fee will be charged. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event are non-refundable (100% of the rental fee is due). Rescheduling: Reservations may be rescheduled at no cost up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Changes are not permitted within 2 weeks of the scheduled booking. By completing your booking, you agree to all rental terms, policies, and house rules outlined in the full rental agreement.
